Peter Stock
Peter is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is registered with the International Professional Guild of NLP. He is an extremely passionate and high energy individual and has a flair for strategic thinking, people and the development of new business. Peter has a natural ability to spot and develop strategic opportunities and then driving them to business reality. This together with a strong consulting background allows him to help organisations develop their people and position themselves to achieve better results and capitalise on strategic opportunities.

Peter has worked for a number of high profile organisations including KPMG, Andersen Consulting,Oracle and Microsoft. During his career he spent a number of years managing big teams and delivering complex projects for clients like Tiger Brands, Murray & Roberts, SARS and the Office of the Auditor General. During the last few years as Managing Director of a start-up Microsoft partner business which delivered growth in excess of a 100% p.a over 3 years. He has extensive experience in merger and acquisitions that covers from deal making, organisational and business impact to marketing.

During the last five years Peter has delved deeper into his passion of coaching and developing people and has started doing motivational speaking. He is a firm believer that one should to strive to determine your purpose in life and align your goals, work, and behaviour with this purpose. This together with his high energy drives a view that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

Think Corporation specialises in sales performance improvement for ICT companies and has a solid track record in this. Key to Think is that they have built a Sales programme and Model with a Tool that they implement that gives clients an accurate view of the future in terms of numbers i .e. accurate forecasting. Think Corporation has two programmes (both with relevant tools and methodologies / programmes) – Go Getter and SalesTracker. Once implemented, they then use the visibility to coach (with a key focus on Sales Management) on area’s needing performance improvement in sales.
